We believe that the work you do in the gym should support your life outside of it.  We also believe that strength is the foundation of every journey, regardless of if you are a busy parent, weekend warrior, or an elite level athlete. And last, we do not confuse building strength with getting bigger muscles, and nor should you. Rather, strength should be used to increase mobility, endurance, resilience and stability. Whether it’s enabling you to run longer, climb a mountain, send your project, or pick up a heavy box on moving day without injury, ARG’s fitness classes will help. 

We want to keep you out there doing what you love most, and our group classes and personal training will help keep those knees, shoulders and hips stable and injury free. 

Our classes are designed to help you feel better and enhance your performance, no matter where you start!

 

ARG Strength – Be stronger, feel better; gear up with ARG Strength. Using four main movements: the push, the pull, the squat, and the hinge, we build long-lasting and sustainable strength. Our goal is to help you create a more durable and stable body, to see you through all of your adventures.
