Christian has been a fitness instructor since 2008. His classes focus on total body strength, overall athleticism, skill development and injury prevention. He specifically targets the busy person with full-time work and family obligations. In his other life he is a husband, dad of three and one of Alaska's leading management consultants.
I have been exercising in some fashion for most of my life. I am interested in exercise that furthers and elevates our natural movements and strength that is capable in each body. With a focus on compound movements and proper form I feel that exercise should compliment your lifestyle instead of becoming the focus.
I have been a fitness trainer for the last 3 years and I love helping people reach their goals and live their best life, through staying active and eating well. I believe that training and fitness should be fun and sustainable, so my training style is focused on movement, personalized to the individual, and designed to help you do more of the things you love!
Jared's classes are varied and enjoyable, yet challenging! He uses mostly body weight exercises, organized into sets, alternating between major muscle groups. He emphasizes developing work capacity of those muscle groups, promoting balance and correct stance, and increasing range of motion.
