Functional Fitness Tues/Thurs – 9:00 to 10:00am
Hailey teaches a functional fitness in the yoga room utilizing TRX straps, body weight, and bosu balls. This is an excellent compliment to your yoga routine.
Weekend Warrior Yoga Saturday – 10:30am to noon
A 90-minute class combining Yoga Tune Up principles with the dynamics of Vinyasa yoga. Explore the link between breath and functional flow while improving joint mobility, core strength and body awareness. This practice builds strength, agility and grace. All levels welcome.
