All membership changes should be submitted before the 25th of the month. This allows the gym adequate time to process change requests. If you submit a change after the 25th of the month, we cannot guarantee that change will be processed in time but will do our best! Changes submitted after gym hours on the final day of the month will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.
You will receive a confirmation email to notify that you submitted a change request and an additional email once the ARG team has processed your membership change.
Regrettably, emails, phone calls, or verbal requests cannot be honored and will be redirected to this page.
Freezing a Membership: Membership freeze fees are $12/month for each member. By freezing your membership, you can avoid paying a set up fee when you come back. Please remember to list each member to be frozen on your request. All membership freezes become effective on the 1st of the month.
Canceling a Membership: Please remember to list all members to be canceled on your request.
