Planning a company team-building session, youth group activity, classroom outing, or a family get-together? The Alaska Rock Gym offers a fun and memorable climbing experience for groups of all sizes. With friendly staff, facility orientation, and access to all climbing terrain, we’ll help create an event tailored to your group. Please note: we’re not able to accommodate birthday parties, as we don’t have a dedicated space for cake, gifts, or party activities.
All group events must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Reservations are required. Participants must be 5 years or older, and those under 14 must be closely accompanied by ARG staff or a responsible adult from the group at all times.
Includes orientation and climbing in roped and bouldering areas with ARG staff support.

50% deposit required to secure reservation; remainder due at the event.
Includes orientation. Groups provide their own certified belayers. No staff provided.

ARG instructors teach the basics of belaying, offer practice time, and guide participants through testing for their Top Rope Belay Certification. Once certified, participants (ages 14+) can climb independently!
