Your Perfect Fitness Plan

Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to improve strength, flexibility, or overall wellness, our certified personal trainers are here to help you reach your goals.

Your first session with a trainer includes a discussion of your goals, injury history, and a movement assessment to determine appropriate load and work levels. From there, your trainer will build a personalized workout plan focused on strengthening the muscles that support ease and efficiency in movement.

Each session includes:

  • Warm up
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Cool down
  • Stretching and mobility

All sessions are tailored to individual needs. They begin at 60 minutes but can be adjusted to 30 minutes if you prefer to complete the warm up and cool down on your own. Most people choose to train one to three times per week.

Autopay Members:

  • $55 per 1-hour session (must have an active, unfrozen membership)

Non-Members:

  • $90 per 1-hour session (includes Fitness Annex access)
