Train for impact, lateral motion, posterior chain & core strength, agility, and injury prevention with Sarah's light-hearted training style that energizes and motivates.
Sarah's 1st 4 week training session starts the week of Monday, May 20th. In-person 45 minute workouts 2 times/week, AND access to Sarah's online portal with video workouts to add a third session per week and/or make up a missed class.
Mon/Wed - 7:30am or Tues/Thurs - 12noon
$120 - 4 week session includes 1 Mth ARG membership + gear rental
$100 - 4 week session - ARG member price
