Summit Strength Workshop with Hunter Wooten & Ted Phelps

Join Hunter & Ted for an active & informative workshop. Learn to recognize muscle imbalances and how to address them. Explore conscious muscle activation and breathing techniques to gain greater performance.

New Fitness Classes

Full Body Circuit Training

7:00 - 8:00am, Tues & Thurs:   A high intensity full body workout using a combination of weight equipment and body weight exercises.

 

Athletic Conditioning

Noon - 1:00pm, Mon/Wed/Fri:    The focus of Athletic Conditioning is on building functional strength and endurance which athletes can utilize in other sports and daily life. Simple circuits and body weight exercises in a quick paced and fun format.
