Come to the Alaska Rock Gym for your next youth group activity, classroom reward outing, company team building event, or afternoon family get-together! We have an unforgettable experience to offer for climbers of all ages and abilities; access to all but the most advanced climbing walls and a friendly and knowledgeable staff to provide guidance and facilitate the perfect event to suit your unique needs.

Group Climbing Package

This package gives your group a chance to climb in the roped and boulder areas with Alaska Rock Gym staff to assist the climbers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. The group activity descriptions sound great, but what if I don’t see exactly what if I’m looking for, or envision something slightly different for my group experience?

No problem! We can customize any of the above offerings to fit specific group needs or dynamics. Either send your questions to: groups@alaskarockgym.com, or give the gym a call at (907) 562-7265. A groups specialist will get in touch within 24 hours to work with you on designing the right experience for your group.

2. Are there age limits for the different group offerings?

Yes, each of the group packages listed above has a specific age limit listed in the description. While kids as young as 2 years can have a great time in the gym, we have found that the age minimums listed ensure a more successful group event for everyone.

3. What about distributing liability waivers to a large group of people, like my church youth group?

Easy! If you've booked a group with us, look for the "Manage Your Event" button in your confirmation email. Click that link to create a custom message for your group and receive a unique link to our waiver, allowing you to see in real time waivers completed by your group! Just make sure you are directing your invitees to the correct version of the liability waiver; the minor liability waiver is used for anyone 17 years and younger, the adult version for those 18 years and older. And remember, all minor waivers MUST BE signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian!
