At Home Yoga & Fitness Resources from ARG

If you’re like us, you’re itching to get back in the gym for a workout.  We look forward to seeing everyone again soon, but in the meantime here are some of the fitness and yoga resources that we like for you to try at home!

 

 

General Resources:

GMB: Bodyweight focused. Athleticism and movement focused. Influenced by gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, dance, etc. Easy to challenging – can be done at home. Great programs to follow along with. Good for maintenance, functional mobility and balancing your body.

Mountain Tactical: Serious training regimens and research on training protocols. Focused on providing quality training for people who rely on their physical performance at work, outside of the gym.

The Ready State: Kelly must have been teased a lot for the Supple Leopard. This is that, but with a less awkward name and more accessible through an app. Perfect for fixing stuff or feeling better.

GORUCK: Pretty simple. Carry a heavy pack a long way. And do other stuff.
