On Saturday, July 26th, from 3-9 PM, the gym and parking lot will come alive for an evening packed with music, climbing, food, and games. We’re celebrating 30 years of Alaska Rock Gym with our biggest summer event yet!
Just a reminder, the gym will be closed to all non-ticket holders for the duration of the event.
Tackle 30 different routes during the event and earn a limited-edition event sticker. You can repeat routes, take breaks, and climb at your own pace. Finish them all and walk away a winner.
Put your skills to the test on 12 new routes set just for the day. The competition is modified redpoint, meaninging your top five climbs count. It’s a separate event from the 30 Climbs for 30 Years challenge, but any routes you complete here can count toward your 30 if you’re tackling both.
Turn in your Mini Comp scorecard to snag a limited edition comp sticker.
The parking lot becomes a party with live sets from local musicians, playing from 5:30 to 8:45 PM. Listen to some great music and join in on cornhole, ladderball, Can Jam, giant Jenga, and more.

Food trucks will be serving 3-8:30 PM. Grab a Broken Tooth beverage starting at 5 PM, and don’t miss the cake cutting at 6!
