Join Hailey each Monday evening to understand and practice the basic movements that form the groundwork of our fitness programs. Learn the essentials of hinging, pressing, pulling and rotational exercises while becoming comfortable using our fitness room equipment.
This class can stand alone as a great workout, and also serves as a launch pad into a greater understanding of our Strength and Endurance classes for beginning students.
Mondays – 6:00 – 7:00 pm
1 Hour Class – $10 for monthly/yearly pass holders.
1 Hour Class – $15 for walk-ins and day pass holders.
Fitness Class Punch Card – $80 for 10 Visits
No charge to “Membership Plus” pass holders.
One Month Unlimited Yoga/Fitness – $69 (One month Fitness Annex at $49 + $20 Unlimited Yoga/Fitness Class Add-on)
