Functional Fitness

This class is about building you up not breaking you down. Functional movement, based on real-world situational biomechanics, is emphasized utilizing suspension trainers, weights, and your own body weight.

You will build strength, coordination, balance and more efficient muscle recruitment patterns. All levels welcome.

Tuesday/Thursday w/ Hailey: 9:00 – 10:00 am

Wednesday/Friday w/ Natalie: 4:30 – 5:30 pm

1 Hour Class – $10 for monthly/yearly pass holders.

1 Hour Class – $15 for walk-ins and day pass holders.

Yoga/Fitness Class Punch Card – $120 for 10 Visits

No charge to “Membership Plus” pass holders.

One Month Unlimited Yoga/Fitness – $69 (One month Fitness Annex at $49 + $20 Unlimited Yoga/Fitness Class Add-on)
