Freezing a Membership: Membership freezes may be completed at any point before the 1st of the month you intend to freeze by submitting a written request and will be charged $8/month for each member over the age of 14 years. By freezing your membership, you can avoid paying a set up fee when you come back. Please remember to list each member to be frozen on your request. All membership freezes become effective on the 1st of the month.
Note: Due to online limitations, membership freezes may only be completed online at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the next month. If you wish to freeze your membership within 7 days of the next billing period please visit the gym or send us an email to request the freeze.
Unfreezing a Membership: When you’re ready to come back your membership will be here waiting for you, simply let us know during your next visit to the gym. We do keep written record of all unfreeze requests, so please either be prepared to spend a minute completing a change request form in the gym or do so online before your visit.
Cancelling a Membership: Membership cancellation requires a 7 day written notice before the next billing period (1st of each month). Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the next billing period will be processed for the month following. Please remember to list all members to be cancelled on your request.
