101: Basic Climbing Movement

A beginning to intermediate level climbing class for adults and teens 14 and over, this class provides the next level of instruction to those new to climbing, and who have been previously belay certified. Basic movement technique, balance, footwork and route reading are taught, along with tips on strength training and injury prevention.  This class offers progressive skill development for regular attendees.
