Training Teams

Training Teams help youth climbers build advanced technique, strength, and fitness in a supportive, team-focused environment. Practices are structured with competition in mind, but event participation is optional.

Registration for Training Teams are by coach invitation; this form is for inquiries only. A registration link will be sent directly by the Youth Programs team once your climber is invited. Open registration is not available for Training Teams.

Dates and times vary based on age group.

Training Team provides a supportive space for youth to grow as climbers, teammates, and athletes. Members focus on movement technique, strength, and overall fitness. While the team trains with competitions in mind, participation in events is encouraged but not required.

This program is ideal for climbers looking to sharpen their skills in a goal-oriented setting, without the pressure of mandatory competition.

Elementary Training Team 4:00-6:15 PM | Tuesdays & Thursdays

Middle School Training Team 4:30-6:45 PM | Mon, Tues, & Thurs

High School Training Team 3:45-6:15 PM | Mon, Tues, & Thurs
